I wish I could give this company more stars, recently my parents have gone to have a small bathroom renovation done to find our family home was being eaten away by white ants. We had a company come and had no communication, very little information given and paying trades to come back only to find more from lack of communication being cost after cost. An elderly neighbour spoke so highly of this company and the reports they do with just checking her house each year that we decided to give them a call. To say we were impressed is an understatement, We had Matt come out and he spent hours checking the entire house to located exactly where the termites were which just gave my parents so much piece of mind after many tears thinking the whole house would need to be knocked down which would result in them needing to sell as they are getting older too with multiple health issues that just wouldn’t allow for this.. I can’t explain how professional, patient and knowledgeable he was. Forever grateful for your service and businesses like this really deserve such a shout out to know just how great they are!!

Great group, very promptly came out when called and when we needed a fix after finding another pocket of redbacks they came out, cleared them out,and touched up the pest barrier. Couldn't recommend them enough.

the tech who came out to spray my home was amazing. Very nice man who did a great job, was very professional and informative. He also gave me a lot of information around pests and how to keep them away. I did not catch his name but he really represented the company well and is a great asset, the company should be proud to have him on the team! I will definitely be a returning customer for life!
