I wish I could give this company more stars, recently my parents have gone to have a small bathroom renovation done to find our family home was being eaten away by white ants. We had a company come and had no communication, very little information given and paying trades to come back only to find more from lack of communication being cost after cost. An elderly neighbour spoke so highly of this company and the reports they do with just checking her house each year that we decided to give them a call. To say we were impressed is an understatement, We had Matt come out and he spent hours checking the entire house to located exactly where the termites were which just gave my parents so much piece of mind after many tears thinking the whole house would need to be knocked down which would result in them needing to sell as they are getting older too with multiple health issues that just wouldn’t allow for this..
